About Me: I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT 45630) and certified Emotionally Focused Therapist with a passion for guiding individuals and couples to repair old wounds and interrupt painful patterns that block intimacy, friendship and playfulness.
I spent eleven years working at the Regional Center of the East Bay, providing support and advocacy to people with developmental disabilities, and their families; the goal to ensure that people with developmental disabilities are supported to live with independence, autonomy and dignity.
I am a mother and a stepmother. I feel proud of the close blended (interfaith) family that my husband and I have created.
I love dogs.
